We thought Barcelona was a great city to visit with plenty to do and places to visit but you could relax just the same. It is great to do what you want whether relaxing or gadding about. This is our 2nd visit and will probably visit again in the future. There were plenty of places to eat and bars for cocktails. I love Barcelona and go back often. I always find something new to do and love visiting familiar haunts. I find the city clean and safe and the people helpful and friendly. The weather was perfect for city strolling at the beginning of October but when venturing out of the city some of the attractions were operating winter timetables.
