From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home! No request was too big or small, from delivering an Iron and an Ironing board, to beach towels and to even allow us to stay way after checkout since our plans changed, I have rarely experienced a host as warm and kind as this! Located in a quiet street just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants this was truly a beautiful stay with a lovely little tree covered terrace area to relax! The small kitchen had everything we needed. Can highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at this beautifully equipped and stylish apartment. The hostess is absolutely fantastic - extremely responsive and thoughtful. People are very friendly everywhere (except some bus drivers). Most people switch to English and are ready to help if necessary. The service is also very good everywhere. The place is not a party location, more for families and people who would like to have a quiet vacation. There are modern coffee places (Fragile, Copenhagen coffee lab) in addition to more traditional brasseries and boulangeries. Wine by glass is tasty but also very reasonably price everywhere.

Cagnes-sur- Mer is a thriving hub about 4 miles from Nice...

Cagnes-sur- Mer is a thriving hub about 4 miles from Nice with train and bus connections to all the surrounding resorts and hill towns in the area. There are plenty of shops for food, a market and lots of restaurants. a free shuttle bus is available to take you to the hill village of Haut Cagnes, well worth a visit and there is also a free bus to the beach although lots of the local buses serve the beach too as well as it having its own station Cros de Cagnes. A ten minute walk brings you to the station.

It is a town which combines the promenade ( tourist...

It is a town which combines the promenade ( tourist area ) and a working town with lots of shops, market and bus and train stations. The town provided easy access to Vence and Nice. Those interested in Art and History will be delighted with Renoir’s house and the Grimaldi Palace in Cagnes-sur-Mer. The Matisse Chapel ( Vence ) and lots of musee in Nice. All within 30 minutes by bus or train.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very pleasant to have breakfast with the sea view. The hotel was clean. There was no breakfast. But there are nice bakeries and restaurants nearby. Things like glasses, plates, forks, and pans are available in the room. There is no hairdryer. The beaches within walking distance of the hotel are generally pebbly. You should take a car to sandy beaches. The street where the hotel is located is very fun on summer evenings. Great for walking and cycling.

It's like a normal apartment with facilities to live in. All cooking goods, towels, amenities… etc But the service was a hotel. So nice hybrid style for us. I'd like to stay longer there!
