Perfect from start to end the owners couldn’t help us enough, property was spotless everything was there we didn’t need to bring anything, location is 1 minute walk to main place where there was pubs to swimming pools to bingo to arcades

We liked everything about this stay; the facilities are excellent with high quality fixtures and fittings making you feel comfortable but pampered. Mandy is an excellent host..informative, caring and with (for us) the right level of interaction to ensure privacy and independence of guests. There is an excellent guest area for eating and relaxing although we werent there long enough to use the facilities in full this is a real bonus factor at this stay. It is well placed for all activities in Hornsea, near to the seafront and many bars and restaurants with a short easy walk to the Floral Hall. Plenty of free parking at the back too.

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous wonderful space and attention to detail. Nice with a conservatory and garden also. Lovely touch having slippers and dressing gowns as we were there 4 nights. Location was excellent next to the mere.

    Lovely quiet village with country pub serving good value...

    Lovely quiet village with country pub serving good value Yorkshire sized meals! Nice walks to cliffs 10 mins and up to church. Village green with seating. No shop. Easy access to Hornsea 5 mins and Bridlington 25 mins. No access to beach due to cliff collapse but plenty of areas to walk dog along cliffs,by duckpond,or on quiet country lanes. Pavements suitable for push chairs and wheelchairs. Regular village coffee morning on a Thursday. All welcome.
