Everything about this property was top-notch! I’ve never seen such meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the customer experience and satisfaction.. Loni at reception was fantastic! We arrived earlier than check-in time and she was able to find us a room, as it was my birthday and she was so kind. The rooms were beautiful, with a spacious shower and comfortable beds. The rooms were equipped with irons, hairdryers, and coffee and tea sets. It was a fantastic choice for my birthday and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of Liverpool Street station and Brick Lane. I will definitely be coming back again!

Great location, newly renovated hotel, rooms were small but comfortable, especially the bathroom was very convenient. Check in and out process very quick, the caffe at the ground floor offers specialty coffee and nice pastries. Staff very friendly. Overall nice experience, will visit again definitely.
