The sea is some way out requiring great care traversing mainly mud - not sand. Indeed, there are notices on the beach advising visitors to stay off the beach at low tide. First time in Weston Super Mare for a Groove Village festival and loved it! Will certainly be back. The beach is gorgeous. Great eating facilities. Had breakfast in The Green House and then next day in the Brunello Lounge. Both were superb. Had a fantastic roast dinner at the Waterfront restaurant. We love Weston-super-Mare, been coming for family trips away for years. Always have a fab time. Great Beaches to explore. Michaelangelo's is fantastic for dinner and Sass bar is great for cake and coffee. A short drive out to Kewstoke is worth a visit, small National trust car park and lots to explore.
