Lovely staff, who helped with everything. The room was large, spotless and comfortable. The hotel is a flat 15-minute walk into town, where there are loads of fantastic places to eat.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a pedestrian mall .The courtyard coffee shop had a lovely ambience a d was lovely for breakfast and light meals. The staff was polite professional and very obliging. It has been modernised but has alot of its ancient charm with lovely spaces and stairways and a beautiful painted vaulted ceilings

Fantastic! Second time and super satisfied. Staff are very nice, the restaurant has delicious plates with a large choice and good quality of traditional product. The hotel is so authentic and well managed and cleaned. And moreover the hotel is 10mn by walk to the city.

First of all, the hotel was clean and had a very nice location. Easy access to the beach and a splendid view. The management and personnel was very polite and ready to help in every aspect. I am thankful. I really enjoyed my stay.

My stay was exceptional thanks to the warm welcome and the owner's willingness to help in every way. A beautiful converted house, right in the center of Chios old town. On a quiet little back street, only a few minutes walk from the port and the main town square. Everything you could need for a stay, well equipped kitchenette, with hob, fridge, kettle , coffee maker, pots and pans etc. Lounge area with a dining table and chairs ,sofabed , smart TV with good WiFi. A bedroom with a large double bed, plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. A clean modern shower room with plenty of hot water. An outside sitting area is a beautiful courtyard garden (where the apartment gets its name). There were a few snacks and drinks available (toast/crackers with jam and honey, sesame bread sticks, pineapple juice,tea and coffee) A highly recommended place to stay.

    it is a small town in chios, very nice beach, they have seaside showers and changing rooms. You do not have many choices for restaurants but the ones they have is good. We went to one called elephant and they had great dishes. Lovely little town overall. Close to karfas and centre by car.
