    Beautiful city. Loads to see. Very crowded. Obtaining entrance tickets, and queueing for the main galleries is not easy. Do not try to see everything in a few days - you'll fail!! But - wonderful place. Will return.

    Florence is a renaissance city and the streets/sidewalks can be quite challenging. The views and interesting places are worth it, though. The hotel is in the older part of Florence and close to the major attractions. I ate twice at the restaurant next door and enjoyed good wine and antipasto. The Ferragamo Museum was fascinating. I recommend it for fashion and shoe lovers.

    Florence is so rich in monuments and art, no stay is long enough to do it justice. Unfortunately it is visited by so many tourists, queues are unavoidable even if you book ahead. Not easy to find tables in restaurants without prior booking either. Despite the overcrowding the Italians are friendly and helpful.

    4 days as a first timer in Florence was perfect.

    4 days as a first timer in Florence was perfect. There will still be more to do the next time back here. Make restaurant reservations in advance especially for popular spots. The best places have the “Soup Nazi” attitude, but don’t be put off by same. Enjoy the food and the experience!

    The Duomo was right across the street.

    The Duomo was right across the street. If someone was interested in going inside I would advise them to go as early as possible because we passed by at 11:00 AM and the line was incredibly long. Same holds true for the Ufizzi Gallery, we went at 8:45 AM and the lines were already long but not unbearable.

    If you are not into art don’t go to Florence.

    If you are not into art don’t go to Florence. Whatever charm the city may have is buried beneath the crowds of tourists. However, the art is amazing. Go beyond the Uffizi and the Accademia and visit the Bargello, the Orsanmichelle, and the Medici chapel. Make your reservations for early morning. A car is not necessary and would be a burden.

    This was our best stay in Italy! So happy to have stayed here, it is a very chic and modern hotel with all the bits and pieces. Feels like a 5 star experience, well priced and so central. Staff are lovely, rooms are immaculate, ans bar is a real vibe. We would stay here without hesitation next time we are in Florence and we are pleased to hear they are opening more locations across Italy. This is the place you want to stay, it is in a prime location and you will enjoy the stay as it hits all the marks 10/10.

    Loved the location. A block away from Santa Maria fiore. Heart of Florence so 15min walk from everything! And maybe 20min to cross the bridge to get to Pitti palace. Loved the helpfulness of the staff. The room was very clean. The sheets clean and stiff, the towels nice and clean. My room very clean. Wish it was bigger but it was fine for the location and price. It was up a few flights which is annoying but that’s Italy for you! Loll I highly recommend this hotel! =)

    Florence is full of little hotels tucked away in side streets. This hotel was brilliant, boutique and filled with history. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff. We had two rooms one for us adults and another for three kids. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We have already said that if we ever go back to Italy we will stay longer at this hotel and enjoy Florence even more.

    It is about a 30 minute walk to most attractions that would you would want to see in Florence. Good pool, great view from the pool. Breakfast was basic for an Italy inclusive (this is our 4th Italy Hotel this trip). Pool was great for getting out of the hot august sun.
