Situated in the walled old town, which is traffic-free in the evening, so very little noise. The rooms were quiet. Lovely rooms, all recently modernised and upgraded. Very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant with separate menus for meat and fish. Good service.

Lovely host and hotel’s staff!!! A lot of attention to details, very responsive, friendly attitude during our stay. Clean, stylish and minimalistic rooms with everything you need. Fantastic cosmetics in bathrooms that we even wanted to buy (unfortunately, they didn’t have them enough in their stock but they shared where they buy it). Even though there was no fridge in the room, the staff allowed us to use their fridge. The breakfast is excellent - we had scrambled eggs, fresh bread with butter, fresh croissants with selection of jams, tasty yogurt with their homemade granola and great cappuccino. The hotel has own private parking, lovely surroundings with grape fields. We will stay here again once we will visit this part of Italy again. Thank you for this awesome experience!

Verona was Fair, Hotel City was Great, Andrei was Exceptional!!! When you have the most memorable stay with such great people. Andrei simply was a star, nothing too much trouble. He speaks so many languages, he is great host and great to chat to at the bar. He was the difference between going to room or staying and having a great night in the hotel bar.
