I loved the staff, they were super helpful to me after a flight delay caused me to arrive after midnight and I could see they all had a great sense of hospitality. Also, the breakfast offered was an excellent value for the amount paid. The location is awesome, too, just minutes away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and also not too far from the airport's Terminal 2.

We were upgraded to a suite. Very quiet, excellent shuttle to Terminal 1. The hotel kept our bicycle boxes for a month. Connected to a cycle path across the island.

Amazing. It has everything you could need. Perfect for if you have an early flight - just hop on the free bus to the airport. It's also near Paradise Plaza, which has many restaurants and lots of great art & sculptures, a casino, a theme park, a nightclub, a spa.
