Incredibly attentive staff. We had swim after dark and they brought drinks to us poolside. Our son was to tired to wait for dinner so they set it up at our room instead. Thank you for the special & beautiful memories

This is an absolut gem! Absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this place. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartments are situated between a lot of trees and plants, looks very jungle like. I loved that you could hear sing a lot of birds between the trees. The rooms were incredibly beautiful, spacious and very clean. We arrived pretty late and hadn’t eaten yet. Although the chef was not there that night they managed to arrange great dinner for us. Staff were so eager to make us feel welcome - we felt like coming home. I hope to return some day.

I stayed one night at Oreeka before my early departure from Sri Lanka after backpacking around the country for almost 3 weeks. They checked me in early without any extra fee which I trully appreciated. The room was beautiful bungalow facing a huge pool, really clean, modern, probably best accomodation I had in Sri Lanka for a really good price. You also get 1 taxi ride to/from airport included in the price, taxi was waiting for me on time at 4.30am and the ride was just about 15mins to the airport. There is a restaurant with good prices for Sri lanka hotels and the food was really delicious, I recommend Prawns curry. You can also pay by card which is very convenient at the end of your stay when you might not have cash anymore. A big plus for me is the staff and the security of the place. I had an unpleasant experience with one of the customers who got very drunk and started bothering me and even forcing himself to my room, when I mentioned it to the staff and shared my concerns I could see, they trully cared; later a lady working there came to me sharing her contacts, explaining how my safety is guaranteed in the place and trust me - for a girl travelling solo this is very important to be taken seriously and to feel safe.
