Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the staff, the food, the coffee and the overall security around the property made me feel beyond safe and comfortable. I have never had such a welcoming reception, as a single female traveling it can sometimes feel uncomfortable going to new places but the team made sure I was well looked after at every opportunity. The team are extremely professional but still add a personal touch to every interaction, I’ve never encountered such a well put together hotel staff team from the reception to the F&B, cleaning team and security everyone did their job to the highest standard. I didn’t even have to go out for dinner as the room service F&B options were so good and available 24/7. Coffee and breakfast selection was also great and service was excellent every morning. If you are thinking about staying at any “chain” hotels don’t even bother, they don’t come close to this place. A massive shoutout to the whole Ambiance Karachi team for making my trip so great. I will be a returning guest for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel in Clifton and it truly exceeded my expectations. The property is elegantly designed, well-maintained, and offers great value for money without compromising on quality or comfort. The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and attentive making me feel less like a guest and more like a valued friend. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at World Inn Hotel in Karachi. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visit — always ready to assist with anything I needed. We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night! The customer service from the staff is the best I have ever experienced in a hotel! Before you arrive you get added into a whats app group with all the staff. Anything you need, you msg/leave a voice note in the group, and they deal with it within seconds!

    Great city and many interesting places to explore great and safe shopping malls. Roads are very bad, often overcrowded and with many dangerous motorcyclists who don’t seem to have any awareness of the road safety and traffic rules. Hire a car with a driver from a reliable company and explore this fascinating city. The city government and the law enforcement agencies should consider strictly implementing safety and security measures so that tourists feel safe in all areas of interest. Once that’s achieved, many poor and local businesses will benefit from tourism.

    Karachi is a very large city and very poor by most country standards. The people were very friendly that we interacted with. But we understand this is also a very dangerous city to venture out to without proper security protecting visitors.

    DON'T VISIT!!

    DON'T VISIT!! Very, very little postives or tourist attractions. CONS: VERY NOISY. > Drivers BEEP thier HORNS a lot!!! >This makes a terribly noisy, stressful and negative atmosphere!!! Walking outside is a very, very bad experience. There is no continuous foot-path, so you are often on the street with cars, Stressful!! Unsafe. Unpleasant!!! --- People just STARE at you!! This is very unwanted and uncomfortable for outsiders! --- AIR POLLUTION

    I came all the way from Azad Kashmir with a confirmed booking, but when I reached here, they told me we didn't have a room. I was with my family, and we did not sleep last night. We needed to catch a flight to London the next day. The weather was very hot, and we were stuck. Then we booked a new hotel, which was expensive the fourth time. The staff didn't have the manners to talk, and they didn't know how to talk. So I don't recommend you guys come here.
