incredible apartments. Very nice owner, he met us and showed us everything. Aartment had absolutely everything, from coffee to cotton swabs. View of the river from the window. Quiet street, there is parking place. Fresh and modern renovation. 5 minutes walk to the center. highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

Best location, the cleanliness, beautiful view of the room and restaurant, breakfast that also with alacart menu, whatever we order was delicious, perfect menu for lunch&dinner, friendly helpful staff, easy check-in & check-out, free parking garage, free ski locker, helpful ski room staff... The whole family enjoyed their stay at this hotel. From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure we enjoyed ourselves and were serviced/helped with great staff that were friendly and willing to help. The location was amazing, our room faced the mountain side so we had a daily view to remember. The room was a good size and the bathroom/shower was amazing. The wellness/spa centre was great as well. We enjoyed the massage service, that was given professionally and with care. Hotel is right across the ski fields and lift so there really wasnt much walking required at all. There is a ski hire store in the hotel though their prices are high compared to watch you would get if you just go to a store outside the hotel. The lockers are not as costly and are a great feature to use after a day of skiing. You basically poot on your boots, grab your skiis and in five minutes you are on the lifts heading up the mountain. (Granted, when its not a school holiday etc. and there arent a whole lot of people)
