We really enjoyed our stay at Rin Bay View. First of all, the staff is exceptional. They treat each guest extremely friendly. The room is clean, and the breakfasts are AMAZING, the pool has a nice view, especially at sunset. The hotel is located at Haad Rin beach, not far from the Full moon party location, but at the same time has it its own access to a beach which is on the other side, and this beach is much cleaner in comparison with Haad Rin.

The ornar was so kind that he helped me a lot when I lost my iPhone! The room with two bedrooms was good for group trip and it had a refrigerator with some bottles of water which helped us a lot during the Fullmoon Party.

We were welcomed by very nice people. They gave us good tips for excursions and chatted with us at the bar. The rooms are big and you have a lot of space. The bartender is very friendly and makes the best cocktails! I will definitely come back!

Not the nicest part of island.

Not the nicest part of island. Geared towards full moon party, laughing gas and fire shows. Quiet when not full moon in a nice way but the town is run down. Haad Rin beach is beautiful though. Saw quite a few families which was nice. Rented our bike from here and explored the island for a few days. Road between Haad Rin and Thong Sala and everywhere else on the East/West of the island is very steep hills to ride by bike.

I was expecting Haad Rin to be more crowded, dirty, and over...

I was expecting Haad Rin to be more crowded, dirty, and over touristy. But it wasn't! Yes, there are plenty of shops and bars and the streets are a little lively, but the beach itself is spacious, clean, and so relaxing. We aren't partiers and we had a fantastic stay in this area.

In my opinion, Had Rin is not suitable for families at all, but only for young people who like to lie on the beach most of the day and wait for the full moon parties. The best beaches are: Koh Ma Beach, Secret Beach, Malibu Beach Those who want a luxurious treat should go to the Anantara Rasananda at the northern end of Copenhagen.

The beach was lovely & was cleaned every morning.

The beach was lovely & was cleaned every morning. The sea was warm & crystal clear. There were bars & restaurants on the beach & a nightly fire show. Also many little walkways from the beach leading to more bars, restaurants, shops & places to book travel/trips

The staff is so kind, helpful and there for anything you need. We stayed at 6 different places during our stay in Thailand and i would have been more then happy to stay there the entire time. the food and breakfast spread was absolutely to die for, we didn't eat anywhere but there!

Location, location, location. Just at the famous Haad Rin beach but it’s not noisy at night. It’s a good choice for family as the kid can play with other kids in the pool and make friends. Quite a lot of families booked this hotel when we stayed there. Amazingly there is no mosquitoes in the garden or at the yard of the room.

The beds were the comfiest we have found in thailand so far. the air conditioning was good, as was the wi-fi, if you want to go to the full moon party it’s possibly the best location, 5 minute walk from the full moon beach. so many bars, shops, restaurants, fire shows, view points. the balcony and the hammock was even better.

Good local eateries near by and a short walk to a couple of shops (including 7-Eleven). 10 min walk from the pier (with big rucksacks). Big king size bed with clean sheets. Free instant coffee at outdoor reception/communal area. Cute balcony area.

This hotel is ideal for staying for a full moon party. Location is superb, right on the Haad Rin beach, literally 2 steps aways. Stuff was really nice, room was clean.. on the reception there is always coffee/tea, biscuists, which is avaible all the time, free or charge of course.
