United StatesThe pricing was the key feature. It is an older motel but with that aside, location was excellent, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable (the pillows were 1/2 sized, but we always bring our own where ever we go), staff was very friendly.

I was raised in Eunice and am disappointed in what it has...
I was raised in Eunice and am disappointed in what it has become. It is dirty and has a lot of poverty. There are few hotels and none of them are really desirable. There is a lot of Cajun culture there and the people are friendly.

We reserved a non-smoking room and was put a smoking room. The lady up front told us that we had reserved a smoking room. My wife and nor do I smoke. We had three kids with us and had to stay in a smokers room because they gave our room away. The only reason why we stayed because there only like two hotels in that area and the other one was full. My reservation says "non-smoking" but the lady keep arguing with my wife and said we got smoking and did not. I checked back at my reservation to see if I made a mistake and I did not.

Beds were very comfortable; plenty of space to spread out in. We were happy to have the washer/dryer, and the kitchen appliances were clean and modern. The location was very convenient to everything we needed to get to in Eunice, and the street was quiet. Good wifi too! The host was very responsive.
