When you wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport, you are among other people waiting for different hotels. Lots of people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour, but when asked, someone said they had already seen the Crowne Plaza shuttle. From there I only had to wait about 20 minutes, so their shuttle really does run every half hour. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay!

Great front desk and restaurant staff; the location is simply perfect for short business stay given the proximity to the airport and the Blue Line train stop within a 5-minute walk, especially for visiting Chicago quickly. Shuttle service from the airport is fast and quick (a bliss after a long flight). Good variety and quality for breakfast. My room was in the good range; despite the proximity of the airport the noise was not noticeable.

    The restaurant was the only good thing.

    The restaurant was the only good thing. Did not like the fact the front desk attendant at front desk of hotel would not let us the our food to our room.The hotel smelled so much of Marijuana I decided to leave a day early .I told the lady at the front desk the night before which she did not leave a memo or note letting the day shift attendant know so they would not refund me the 1 day. I still checked out Becuz the bed was broken they never fixed it the toilet was so hard to push / f lush handle down. Weird ch

    The free shuttle service that was advertised didn't say that it stops at 10pm til 6 am. I needed it at 11pm and 5 am. It doesn't give you a phone number to call the actual motel until you book the room. After I booked the room is when I found this out. Had to find another motel and now fight for a refund.
