The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and evening kickback plus daily free 3 alcoholic drinks for adults are great. Although the menu doesnt change much, its still value for money - My kids loved making their own mickey waffles at breakfast. There is also a pay-per use laundry room which we used once. The shuttle services are great too and on time. My boy also liked the arcade at level 1.

The rooms were very very clean, spacious and all round perfect. It was very good value for money. Breakfast was great too, and parking was very easy and free which was a huge plus for us. Check in was very quick and the staff very friendly.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (especially Tina who went out of her way every time to ensure a wonderful stay)! The room was immaculate and comfy! The hotel is conveniently located about a 5 min drive to Universal (or 15 min walk), and close to everything else you need.

    Theme Parks, Hotel Resort and Entertainment - Recreation. Lovely weather, very warm and short rain showers. Our favourite places were at Universal Studios and the Resort pool! Best place to eat was the Hard Rock Cafe. To motor around Orlando was easy with Uber to all shops and entertainment.

I had buy coffee ☕ it ok buy few things so could cook good thing had big freezer they gave me first floor due my heath near Walmart and dollars store near bus stop and walk to stores but no grocery store near only Walmart if don't drive if money take taxi to food store staff nice friendly and housekeeping clean room if need it for free I stay again

    We stayed in Orlando for two weeks this year, and one week last year. We visited a total of 12 different parks (all the Disney parks, Universal, SeaWorld, ICON Park, and Aquatica). This really is the world capital of theme parks! Orlando also has great food, shopping, and of course, amazing theme parks. You’ll need a vehicle to get around—everything is just a few minutes’ drive, but not really walkable

    The Disney parks were great, but some of the rides are a bit old as we have been coming to Orlando for some years now and have seen them all.The new park at Universal was a bit of a let down ,we had to be in line for over 2 hours for a basic 2 minutes ride which was a copy of the one in Universal LA.some of the rides were broken down, for people in their 70's the stairs were abit of a trial.The food restaurants in Universal Epic were very good, Disney should improve theirs to the Epic standard.

    Great condo with a full kitchen and lots of space. Very comfortable beds and super friendly staff. The setting on the shore of lake Bryan is great, allowing for mellow evenings sitting on the dock, enjoying the breeze. They also have a pool and hot tub as well as BBQ facilities, fishing gear and paddle boats for residents' use. There is ample parking and the location is just 15' drive from Disney World and close to International Drive and other Orlando attractions.

Well located resort hotel near International drive with convenient bus to Universal Citywalk and automatic early admission hour access to eligible parks ( Island of Adventure during my stay). Easy Lyft ride to and from the Airport. Next day delivery for park souvenir stores so no need to carry the merchandise around the park.

    The distance from Disney springs was perfect, very short walk from the hotel to all the shops and restaurants made it very easy. The free resort buses to Disney parks was perfect and very easy to book. Only call out would be that it would be nice for perhaps daily buses to Universal as well.

    The property itself was indeed large and attractive. Its location in terms of proximity to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Orlando was near perfect. The resort was relatively easy to find and the check-in procedures were easy to follow.
