I had an unexpected death in the family and our original stay was from June 28th until July 13th. I contacted the owner because our check in was on a Saturday and my grandfather's viewing and funeral wasnt until Monday and Tuesday and she was so sweet and kind and helpful! I thought all was lost or we would get in trouble or loose our reservation for our vacation but that was not at all the case!! She gave her condolences and offered a refund for what would be the unused days and that meant the most to us as a family as well as her doing a great job with communication! Everyone should definitely stay here when being in the area, its extremely affordable and the owner is so sweet!!! The place was also very clean!!! Only place we will go back to now.
