Love the location of the house. It was so peaceful waking up to the sunrise just by staring out from the living room. The mountain right outside the house was amazing. We saw the galaxy just right above us outside the house. It was so amazing. We took so many photos. We had fun talk sitting in front of the fireplace. The beds, sofa and rooms were so comfortable and beautiful. We were wishing we had stayed 2 nights instead of 1. And we all agreed that this stay was the number 1 stay throughout our 2 weeks trip in south island. The host was very friendly and checked up on us if we checked in alright. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

    The cottage is very nice and had everything we needed It was warm and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having an electric blanket. A good location for day trips to Mount Cook, Tekapo, or further south to Cromwell. The clay cliffs are worth a visit. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, even in winter. Although it was foggy at Twizel, Mount Cook, which is about 45 minutes drive away, it was beautiful there, so we'll worth going to.

    This fantastic cottage was the surprise delight of our trip. The owners were very welcoming, the cottage had a lovely fireplace and electric blankets, perfect for our winter trip. It was a perfect cottage.

    Lovely cottage in a tranquil setting. Super comfy bed, fresh interior/decor, great shower & the kitchen had all the amenities you would need. Great to be able to use the hot tub! Highly recommend 👌
