Very efficient check-in, I also received restaurant and place recommendations. Of course I checked it and it was tasty / great! Opposite a great bar with a beautiful view of the sea. The trip to the beach lasts 3-5 minutes . Amphitheatre 10 min walk . A place secured with cameras in the garden, and a gate for the remote control so your car can feel safe. I met the owner's father, who entertained the children for a moment 😅 Great conversation with him and he helped with everything. A real Italian place ! For sure, instead of a hotels, I will re-chose this apartment equipped with everything I needed! 👌 I recommend 🙂

Situata a metà strada tra Casamicciola Terme e Ischia, a 5 km dalla Baia di San Montano, la Villa Araucaria offre una piscina all'aperto e un bar. Le Terme Castiglione distano 10 minuti a piedi. We spent four unforgettable days at Villa Araucaria and it was nothing short of magical. The villa itself is spotless: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and fully equipped to cook like at home. The views were also absolutely magical and can be enjoyed from several areas around the villa. The peace and quiet surrounding the house made it a perfect oasis to relax in. The pool is the cleanest we have ever seen and the lush garden is maintained daily and looks spotless every day. Carlo could not welcome us but Nausicaa management agency took care of us and made sure our stay was absolutely magical ❤️ We were a group of nine and everyone agreed that this is the best villa we have ever stayed in and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Le Querce si trova a Procida, nella regione Campania, a 1,3 km da Spiaggia di Cala del Pozzo Vecchio. Loved the serenity, the simple but very comfortable apartment with every need catered for and a lovely outdoor area to dine and relax ; beautiful garden, sweet birdsong, ripe oranges and lemons from trees, hammocks to relax, steps down to a wonderful swimming spot behind garden and the kids loved it all too- access to any of the lovely beaches only 5-10 mins on electric bike and bars/ restaurants similar but the island is great for walking too; however, the most important factor of staying in Le Querce is its most wonderful owner, Valentina, for whom no request is too much, her warm welcome, her pride in the island of Procida and its history and heritage and of course her map!

Ubicata sull'Isola di Ischia, a 6 km da Forio e a 100 metri dalla baia di Sorgeto, rinomata per la acque termali, la Villa Myremi è interamente coperta dal WiFi gratuito e propone alloggi a... Il luogo ha una vista stupenda ed e' situato a 10 minuti di cammino da Sorgeto, dove abbiamo fatto il bagno sia di giorno che di notte (fine Ottobre). Il proprietario e' gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Ci ha aiutato con trasferimenti in auto anche per fare la spesa. In ogni caso, il supermercato piu' vicino si raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti. Gli appartamenti hanno tutto quello che serve per soggiornare in comodita', incluso WiFi stabile e aria condizionata. C'e' anche una lavatrice in una stanzetta esterna. Noi eravamo in due famiglie (4 adulti e 4 bambini). Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Dotato di giardino e vista sul giardino, La Casa di Tina è un alloggio ubicato a Ischia, a 100 metri da Spiaggia dei Maronti e 3,6 km da Sorgeto Hot Spring Bay. Pasquale was amazing, very nice and welcoming. Always ready to pick up a call and help with everything we needed. Him and his wife Tina made sure we had the best time while being their neighbors. There is everything you might need in the appartment. We asked for some extra sheets and Pasquale had them ready once we arrived. He also had some water, simple breakfast and pasta and pomodorro to cook ready as we arrived to the appartment late. And also some fresh figs. They thought of everything. For our last day they let us store our bags in their house, which is just next door. The apartment is in an amazing location. Only 5 min by walk to the beach and less than 10 min to get back. With a very pictoresque view. To the Sant Angelo little town with restautants and shops it takes about 5 min on foot or you can use electric car taxis. But we never needed them. Thank you Pasquale and Tina for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again in the future!
