Wonderfully situated, in a nice and calm area, yet close to the old town center (5 min by car or half an hour by foot), and to the sea as well (20 min by car). The hosts are super nice, ready to give you tips on what to see around. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the jacuzzi as it was not yet the season, but I'm sure it must be a blast when the weather is hot enough. The studio has everything one needs for vacations stay, and it's prettily decorated.

Very nice , the villa is equipped with all the amenities necessary, with Netflix, air conditioning, a nice kitchen and a clean pool (I’m 1.65m and it reached my neck) great for a nice swim. Easy instruction to get to the villa, the host provided us directions with images😊👍🏻. The beach is also close like 20min with tram and a little walk.

Exceptionally clean and well decorated apartment with a touch of love and intentionality, the host was very generous with all the supplies and the house is very functional you could find EVERYTHING you need in the house. The owner's intention is to make it a perfect place for 100% comfort and they achieved it. The home is not a regular stay it is given a 7star hotel touch.. not even all the 5tar hotels I have stayed at before gave me so much comfort like this one. It was awesome and my kids really enjoyed staying there. The host is extremely kind, generous and friendly, has so much empathy and was very helpful to my family. It's definitely a place to stay

We had a fantastic family vacation in Villeneuve-Loubet! The location is truly amazing: quiet, family-friendly, and close to everything you need. The house itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything a family could need for a comfortable stay. While the interior is a bit outdated and there was no air conditioning, we were informed by the agency that it's scheduled for modernization next year, which is great news. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations, and for the price, it was a great value. We would definitely come back!
