The villa was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having both a bathroom and a guest toilet made things very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the few espresso capsules were a nice extra touch. The yard was lovely, and there was a convenient parking spot by the villa. We also loved the charming antique decor throughout the villa. It really added a special, cozy touch that made the stay feel even more unique. The location was perfect - close enough to the old town (just 5 minutes by car or a scenic 20-minute walk), but far enough to avoid the crowds. Kotor’s old town can get quite busy and parking can be tricky, so this was a plus. The host provided useful info upon arrival, and was prompt and helpful in communication. Overall, the villa offered great value for the money, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kotor.

The house is spacious, cozy and very clean. It is equipped with everything you might need. The location is fantastic as it is a very quiet area. The house is right by the sea and has its pontoon where you can sunbathe all day. There is a small shop around 150 meters from the house for essentials. This holiday home is worth every penny!

It's in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to the sea front and kotor old town.The dip pool was a very welcome addition to cool off in the heat. The property was nice and cool and felt very private. We had everything we needed and Anjela and her husband were very helpful and friendly.

Myself and friends loved this house. It is well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is a short walk from the old town and only a couple of minutes away from a supermarket. The main bus station is also accessible and we made use of this to visit Tivat and Lustica Bay. In particular, we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings taking in the sights and relaxing. There is plenty of storage space and the beds were very cosy. The host was great at communicating and making sure that everything was perfect by keeping in touch throughout the stay. They have also taken the time to put together an instruction booklet for different items in the house which we found very useful. There are plenty of channels on the television including ones to access premiere league football :) and the wifi has very good connection. We would love to stay here again should the opportunity present itself to visit Montenegro in future!

We checked a lot of variants before reservation and location of this villa is really the best! We were with big company, so we would need to rent minimum 3 cars during our stay, so our target was to find villa in walking distance from Kotor Old town. Also it is in first line to the sea! Amazing. You can reach Kotor by walk by sea side road! There are a lot of nice restaurants on this way, so every evening we had lunch in different one and after we went in Kotor for desert in one super delicious local Gelateria, that was recommended by our host Ksenija, the best ice cream in our lives!❤️ thank you for amazing stay

It is a holiday home with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Ideally located in the middle of Kotor and Tivat resorts, you can easily access all the resorts and beaches in the area. The very clean pool, the host Sanja a big-hearted host and the great view of the Bay of Kotor made our holiday unforgettable! We will be back!

This is the first time we have come to a place that is more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The hostess and her family welcomed us with open arms, when we arrived they brought us trays of fruit and amazing pastries. The villa was clean, tidy and equipped to the highest standard and the hosts' availability for everything was simply wonderful. We will definitely be back to stay.

It was a lovely balance of traditional and functional, we had everything we needed, a lovely kitchen, very comfortable beds, and air conditioning. We loved that we only had to walk down the steps and we could jump into the sea. There was a gorgeous little local shop a few minutes away. We forgot we were tourists while we stayed here. We didn’t have a car, but there was a parking space, and it would be a perfect base to explore from. Danka, and her family were amazing, blew my mind how helpful they were.
