The customer service was exceptionally great—if I ordered a towel from room service, it would be delivered in less than a minute, as if I were the only guest they were serving and caring for. The villa was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I had no issues parking the bike I rented in their parking space. When I needed a bag weight measurement scale, it arrived within seconds after I requested it. The level of service was astounding: a perfect 10/10. The villa itself was also a 10/10. It had a smart TV with Wi-Fi, allowing me to connect to YouTube. The rooms were equipped with both an AC unit and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, there was a large fridge and a cozy coffee corner. Staying here has truly elevated my expectations and standards for future accommodations. This was, without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

A 8,3 km da Langkawi Kristal, Fox Hill prevede oltre agli alloggi anche un ristorante, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino e una terrazza. Service was perfect. We staying in the Treetop house. Not the biggest house available, but it definitely has the best views. Loved to hear the birds and crickets in the morning. Free water and coffee in the room. Airconditioning worked great. Easy to keep the mosquitoes out but there is also a good net. Breakfast was plenty and good with daily variation. Dinner was good and plenty as well. We got all the help we needed. Decent scooter we rented directly from the owner for an honest price. Help with activities, even making bookings for us. The location means you have to drive to het to places, but it is conveniently located in the middle of the island. So everything can be found within a 20-25 min drive in all directions.
