Great location at the top of the hill and right beside Cahal Pech. The restaurant food was amazing. The pool was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They filled up our water bottles when we left and provided us transport down the hill on a very hot day, which was very appreciated.

Located in San Pedro, 1.4 km from downtown and located on the beautiful Boca del Rio Beachfront, Hotel Del Rio provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Beautiful and relaxing environment, Christine is a wonderful host. I don’t think I ever stayed in such a warm and welcoming place. Not only our room was upgraded, but also she let us do the late check out free of charge. She is always available to give advices about what to do on the island, recommend places to eat, anything you need. Also, awesome hammocks!

Chose to stay in San Pedro for the established dive shops, and probably will still prefer this to dive shops in Caye Caulker. Staff was super friendly and helpful, very responsive on texts. The room was amazingly HUGE for the price and comes super well equipped! Living room, small kitchen and separate bedroom, it was really lovely. Just a 3 mins walk to the beach, so pick up via one of the nearby jetty is convenient too if you were to go with dive shops further up the beach.
