Situated within 200 metres of Waterfront Centre Mall Vancouver and Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre, EXchange Hotel Vancouver features rooms with air conditioning. Free WiFi is available. Location: so central to everything and walkable to so many different locations around the city. Do note that the front desk/main lobby is located on the 2nd floor. Staff: everyone we encountered were so professional and friendly. Special shoutout to the following staff who helped us: Randy, Vincent, Samual, Farshid, Alexander, Mariana. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and relaxing! Facilities: small and cozy for a hotel located in Downtown. everything in the room is advanced and nice including the restaurant. For someone who worked in hotels before, this hotel is perfect for business travelers or travelers who want to stay comfortably in the city center

Cool and artsy hotel, yet the staff were very friendly. A true “small luxury hotel of the world.” The most comfortable bed we had on our 5 month travel through Canada. The location was perfect and valet parking at the hotel easy. Next time we are in Québec City we will definitely return.
