Unfortunately, we stayed only one night on our way to other destination but we fully enjoyed our stay there! It was very quiet, very confortable beds and pillows, very good breakfast and coffee, free private parking. There was an amazing lady at reception on our check out day (my apologies for forgotten your name, dear kind and amazing lady) who helped us with the tourist cards for the bus and she reccomended us where to and visit! Thank you! ❤️ Due to people like you, it s a pleasure to be accommodated în such places!

I remember passing by this hotel in Zurich and being amazed at its location. I purposely booked a room to experience the hotel and its location this time. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Famous Paradaplatz, allowing for multiple choices for transit use, and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its high-end shops and cafes. The hotel is also located in the city's old section, making walking in any weather enjoyable. It is also within walking distance of Lake Zurich, Bellevueplatz, Train Station, and Zurich's old, cobblestone streets. This place is at the heart of it all, with the price tag of other hotels nearby. The room was great. Due to the heavy rain on this trip, I utilized the room more than usual. I loved that the room included fresh fruit on the table, a big bottle of mineral water and a personalized note welcoming me. This was a pleasant and unexpected treat—a lovely touch and enough to want me to return. There is also a hot beverage machine with complimentary coffee and tea. I could make myself comfortable sitting back and relaxing while watching a movie thanks to the TV Chromecast allowing direct streaming from my phone to the TV. The staff was excellent!! The front desk person, Crazy-nails (you know who you are), helped me check-in. She was delightful and put a smile on my face. Very friendly and social. It made me feel more like a good friend than a paying guest. It was a very refreshing change after a tough week.

Отель Lago Maggiore находится в Локарно-Муральто. отличный отель. возможно один из лучших в Локарно. на мой взгляд, уровень 5 звёзд. стильный дизайн, комфортные просторные номера с шикарным видом на озеро. отличный ресторан и завтрак. супер приятный и внимательный персонал. в качестве сувенира подарили баночку местного меда все супер.

The staff were very helpful and were willing to answer questions. Bonus: A pass to ride the tram for free and enter musuems for half-price. The breakfasts at the hotel were exceptional!
