The staff were exceptionally kind! Kudos to Rita, she was very friendly and gave me lots of great tips for Batroun! Location was good too and easily walkable to National Museum as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Having a rooftop pool was the best thing to have on a hot afternoon! Rooms were spacias and clean.

Just a short stay, but a wonderful one. The staff were friendly and made me feel safe as a solo female traveller. Walking around the neighbourhood and to Hamra Street was easy and felt safe too. The hotel airport shuttle was great too esp for an early morning flight!

Hotel Lost was an excellent stay. The Gemmayze location is right in the heart of Beirut — you're just steps away from cute little shops and very vibey bars. The rooms are lovely, and the staff and owners are especially helpful and attentive, providing us with anything we asked for and more, including allowing us to have a late check-out before our flight. Special mention to the included breakfast — the French toast in particular is divine!

This place is in the best area in Beirut and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful! Beit Toureef welcomes you as a family member in their home. Perfect location, very clean, and excellent value for money. The rooms are well-equipped, with balconies and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
