The island’s most popular spot is the capital Saipan and one of the best places to soak up the history and watersports. Head to Obyan Beach and you’ll encounter a large concrete bunker from WWII, as well as the remains of eight latte stones dating back to 1500 B.C. The beach itself is a scenic stretch of white sand which is great for snorkelling. Saipan is also a renowned diving spot, The Grotto – a limestone cavern filled with passageways connected to the open ocean. A variety of shipwreck dives are also on offer, including trips to Japanese seaplanes and Korean supply ships. Along the way you’ll encounter an abundance of sea life, including turtles, coral reef and even white tip reef sharks. Although Saipan is the capital, Garapan is the main hotel area and offers a variety of accommodation. However, Saipan still has a good choice of beach resorts, apartments and a few guest houses.

The Saipan Beach Hotel and the hospitality far exceeded my expectations.
It's beautiful and located right on the beach. When I visited, the restaurant was still closed, but the owners gave me recommendations for where to eat and even drove me to the grocery store to pick up breakfast items (there was a fridge and microwave in the room) and to a delicious Thai restaurant to get a takeout dinner.
It's a quiet location and ideal to get away from things.
Great for stargazing and watching the sunrise.

Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel.
Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late.
I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!

I didn't know you serve breakfast, however the location was great as it is close to other restaurants. The view from the hotel is so great. Very comfortable there. The staffs are friendly and accomodating.
