From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality! Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Super stylish interior design, clean room, comfortable bed, and very nice fragrance felt like a home away from home. Exceptional service: from the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. ( e.g. help with parking, cleaning at the comfortable time, great treatment at breakfast and at the pool, provide vase and ice bucket). The pool area was a tranquil oasis where we could relax in jacuzzi and swim with a sea view. Last but not least, breakfast experience set the good mood for all day: high quality of breakfast with served menu and buffet, together with a sea view from the terrace. Very clean, the staff very polite, the breakfast was very tasty, located near all the clubs and restaurants from St. Julian’s and the Mercury Tower.

My room was on the ground floor, which meant that it had a view to the courtyard. It's like a living piece of history. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a la cart. I tried the eggs benedict and it was excellent. You can also have lunch/dinner in their restaurant. There is also a rooftop bar and swimming pool which unfortunately I could not enjoy as I visited in late November. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff, especially Miguel, were so helpful .The location is perfect. Quiet and spacious. My tiny balcony was sheltered and added a nice dimension to the early spring days. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is perfect, not too noisy, but at the same time close to the sea and the bus station from where you can take the bus to Valletta, Sliema, Cirkewwa and so on. The staff was super friendly and customer oriented, the breakfast was complete, a great choice, also for vegetarians, oat milk was always available on request. The room was always clean and very comfortable, with enough space and everything you need. Definitely recommendable!

The main buses and the sea side was so near from the hotel. The staff was extremly nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and cosy.

There were so many things I loved—the breakfast, the view from the balcony, the spacious room and bathroom. Now I want the same at home! The hotel’s location was just perfect, only five minutes from the ferry station to Valletta. No complaints from me; it is a high-class hotel.
