From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality! Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Super stylish interior design, clean room, comfortable bed, and very nice fragrance felt like a home away from home. Exceptional service: from the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. ( e.g. help with parking, cleaning at the comfortable time, great treatment at breakfast and at the pool, provide vase and ice bucket). The pool area was a tranquil oasis where we could relax in jacuzzi and swim with a sea view. Last but not least, breakfast experience set the good mood for all day: high quality of breakfast with served menu and buffet, together with a sea view from the terrace. The main buses and the sea side was so near from the hotel. The staff was extremly nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and cosy.

There were so many things I loved—the breakfast, the view from the balcony, the spacious room and bathroom. Now I want the same at home! The hotel’s location was just perfect, only five minutes from the ferry station to Valletta. No complaints from me; it is a high-class hotel.

Very clean, the staff very polite, the breakfast was very tasty, located near all the clubs and restaurants from St. Julian’s and the Mercury Tower.

The staff, especially Miguel, were so helpful .The location is perfect. Quiet and spacious. My tiny balcony was sheltered and added a nice dimension to the early spring days. I really enjoyed my stay.
