Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was decent size and comfortable. Wish we stayed here for our entire trip but wanted to try different areas.

I highly recommend Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle on the first day, but the concierge service provided excellent support. Hurting my ankle wasn’t part of the plan, but I ended up having an unexpected medical tour, thanks to his assistance! I sincerely appreciate Ms. Sorrarat Viriyaphanichakij, the Front Office Manager, for her thoughtful care and kindness during our stay. Her warm support truly made a difference. I'll definitely come back to this beautiful hotel sometime soon.

Terletak di Bangkok, dalam 4.8km dari Wat Arun dan 5km dari Wat Pho, River Home Bangkok menawarkan teres. - Friendly staff, they accompany me to my room - They didn’t mind that I arrived later than the last check-in time, they were really nice about it - they have a full kitchen you can use, I was happy to be able to use the microwave as I arrived late and only 7/11 was open - the room was spotless, clean, simple, tasteful and spacious ! - Free coffees & water - Hot water & shower gel shampoo etc - I was so tired that I didn’t hear my alarm and they come knocking at my door to check if I was okay, they were super cool about it, I told them I was sorry and I would pack really quickly, they told me no problem - location is great, super central, right next to the big shopping center ICONSIAM so I was able to get cash out and get a SIM card at AIS in the morning at 10am (much cheaper than at the airport - 30 days 5G unlimited for 349 baht) It’s as well where you can take the boat to do the hop on hop off for all the sightseeing sites - Amazing value for money !

The hotel is really affordable and has great facilities. I really was surprised that it had an Onsen and sauna. It was such a a pleasant stay. I will be back in my next trip to Bangkok. In a great location.

Hotel was close to the Airport with a free shuttle. The hotel staff was kind enough to arrange a private shuttle service for us even though we did not request it. Room service was real quick. All in all, it was a perfect hotel for a short transit.
