I do not get the mixed reviews. My room was big, with en-suite bathroom and hot shower, with A/C and very fast wifi. The receptionists were fun, friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Dili ferry. I was very positively surprised and would recommend the hotel to everyone looking for a budget accommodation in Dili.

They arranged a taxi for me so I could do a tour of Dili at short notice. They also made sure that the taxi not only took me to the sites I wanted to see and then picked me up from Cristo Rei, where I stayed for an hour. They arranged dinner for me and the free shuttle to the airport. Moreover, my room, or should I say mini apartment, was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. All in all, my stay at Palm Beach was excellent.
