From start to finish our holiday was perfect! The room, the view the service all spotless. The staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will recommend Royal Azur and will be back when we visit Hammamet again.

It’s difficult to write a review about this property without it sounding unbelievable, that’s because it is, unbelievably good in every way. The hotel is a quiet area a short journey from the airport, close to the Roman archeological sites of Carthage, stunning views from the roof terrace, staff that couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, including meeting requirements for gluten free food and providing guidance for finding our way around. The property is impeccably clean and tastefully designed. The food cooked to order for us was excellent varied and in more than adequate quantities. At the end of the road is a nice cafe called Jasmin, where there was also a friendly helpful greeting, nice food and drinks which we used for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner one evening. I can’t single out any member of staff for special commendation, all went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and very special.

Facing the beachfront in Monastir, Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace features a private beach area. we were satisfied. we had our wedding in monastir and iberostar was an amazing hotel for our honeymoon

Bathing suits, T-shirts, flip-flops, sleeveless shirts and bare chests are not permitted in the buffet and theme restaurants. The staff is polite, facility very clean, the SPA is excellent

Location perfect. Very friendly staff (M. Marwa, Mr.Khalil ). All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.

The Residence Douz mempunyai kolam renang luaran bermusim, pusat kecergasan, taman dan restoran di Douz. Hotel 5-bintang ini menawarkan khidmat bilik. We (a family with 2 kids at the age of 6 months / 4 years) had a wonderful stay at The Residence Douz. Amazing rooms, attentive and super child friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we felt very welcome in a positive environment, right next to the Sahara desert. The spa area is great. My best hotel experience in Tunisia so far, we even extended our stay. Thank you!
