I have visited mamy hotels, but this one was by far the best I have stayed in. From breakfast and room to spa service, everything was perfect.

Location is perfect for access to the beach. Our room had a bathtub which was an appreciated luxury. The buffet was good and overall it felt like good value for money

Well situated in the centre of Hanoi, CLASSYC Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.

We love la Siesta and especially the incredible staff - from Trinh and Quynh in reception to Cong and Hu managing bar and a bit everywhere… the owners really understand the importance of a great team and customer service. We highly recommend a stay here !!!
