Everything was perfect. The employees were helpful and polity, de location was perfect (2 minutes from the Grote markt), and the room was spotless clean. The little extras in the room like the earplugs, hand creams, a note book made the stay in this lovely hotel extra nice.

The staff deserves special mention for their warm hospitality and exceptional service that goes beyond what one might expect. They truly make you feel like an honored guest in their home. One of the most enchanting aspects was the collection of coffee table books scattered throughout the hotel—beautifully curated selections on architecture, art, and travel that made me want to stay in rather than explore Brussels. Sophie runs a lovely place. The check in was convenient, the key to the room was waiting in the lobby. Sophie prepared a pleasant breakfast at the time we requested, recommended restaurants in the vicinity. The room is small but sufficient for my needs (I stayed alone). Narrow stairs and no elevator, I was without a suitcase so it didn't bother me. I will happily return.

The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. No problems with the shower. The room was cleaned and tidied only when requested, which I loved. The hotel is well located, pretty close to everything in downtown Brussels. We asked the front desk about scheduling a taxi when we left the hotel and everything went smoothly.

The hotel is located next to the station entrance/exit. The location is very convenient. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We were not satisfied with our room first but the reception(Abdel) helped us with room change and made sure we were satisfied with our new upgraded room. We had complimentary breakfast and it was great. That made our stay in Brussel nicer!It was our first time in Brussel and we will surely be back.
