Lovely, clean room and bathroom, large and comfortable beds, 24hr room service available for certain items (much appreciated late night after an event!) Various thoughtful touches such as 'help yourself' fresh fruit and fruit water at reception and a list of items in the bathroom that you could request from reception if you'd forgotten to bring. Above all, delightful staff who were kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to help us (e.g. with a last minute printing request!) Thank you.
