We only found out when we got home that we didn't get the room we paid for which was the Superior. We was in the Desirable.

The room decor and design were amazing. It had a lot more facilities than we were expecting. Easy to reach as it was in front of the station. Staff was very nice and helpful. Super comfortable and loads of extras for what we paid. If I ever come back to Chester, I'd be staying with them.

Had a great stay at the Lodge. A really spacious and comfortable apartment with lovely views. Easy to follow instructions to enter and car parking voucher for the car park near by. Even though we were not greeted by our host they were easily contacted by phone. Recommend highly.
