The hotel was excellent value for a small, older property. Our room was overlooking the courtyard and pool so it was quiet at night and we slept well in a comfortable bed with a nice comforter. There was construction going on in the next door property during the day, but nothing to do with Kinbe. The pool doesn't get much sun, so it was a cool dip but it was clean and very refreshing once we were in! Marie, on the front desk, was very helpful about getting around, and accomodating. We were allowed to leave our bags at the desk both before check in, and after check out to accommodate our schedule and make the most of our time there. You can walk straight down the street to the beach and there's a great restaurant/bar there. We found that piece of beach a bit rocky, but if you walk over one street it opens onto a better part of the beach. Very well located and a great place to stay if you are looking for beach, restaurants or night life nearby.

Easy and friendly check in. Great location close to 5th Avenue and Coco Bongo but quiet at night. Super colorful and interesting design of the hotel representing the Mexican culture. Comfortable and clean beds. Swimming pool.

The location was beautiful! A true oasis in the middle of busy playa del carmen. La semilla I had a fantastic experience at La Semilla hotel. This amazing hotel is the picture perfect of Mayakoba! It's one of those hotel that you drive up to and say "Wow"! I'm so happy that l got to stay here!" Our villa 931 was with a direct view of the sea. The villa was large, nice and comfortable; we got a fantastic swim pool, private bed beach double shower, a good sized bathroom. The beach is not good, but I knew already. The food and the service room was amazing, the customer service was great and meticulous was very professional and always available to help us! A special mention goes to Miss Gaby and Regina! Butler specials! Thank you very much! This is a paradise place to stay and forget all your troubles.

This hotel was just perfect. We stayed with our two 15-year old kids and had a marvelous time. The condo was perfect, the cleaning service was perfect, the staff at the front desk was tremendously helpful with everything. And, the breakfast at Asi was like a dream, and the location of the breakfast was amazing, just by the sea.

The amenities (gym, pool, room) were fantastic. The photos are exactly what it looks like. We stayed in one of the Penthouse rooms which also includes a rooftop with a hot tub. The hotel was professionally managed and everything we needed was provided and waiting in our rooms. The extras like including access to a brilliant gym, complimentary massages and discount on a number of restaurants in the area was also a great touch. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.
