The neighbourhood is built on modern solid platforms on a nice lagoon-like bay. Trams are close and you are directly connected to the center. There is a big common space with couch, kitchen and tables. All basic house commodities are available (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, oil etc...) The mood is chill and friendly and the house is clean. I was offered homemade pizza as soon as arrived, but I don't know if that's common practice :) Three rooms available, and the host was upstairs. Toilet and bathroom are common with other guests, yet very clean and spacious. Will come back next time!

Great location, close to public transport and right across the road from the park. Great restaurants just around the corner Beautiful furnishings, felt like we were staying in a palace Wonderful bed and breakfast, fresh fruit every morning and the best quiche I’ve ever had.

Volkshotel is located in the East district of Amsterdam, only 50 metres from metro station Wibautstraat.

It has been almost a month that I living in the Volks Hotel, after I arrived in Amsterdam and short stayed in another hotel. The staffs of Volks, most of them are students in university, are very kind and helpful, that makes me feel warm, in the condition that moving in a totally strange city as a foreigner cant speak local language. Besides, the good view of rooms! I have been in different rooms for my moving out for short travels to other cities, for that the luggage operate system is really thoughtful for customer like me. And, the Canvas, roof bar...... There are still many, which would be precious memories of life.

The Manor Amsterdam combines a monumental exterior with a trendy, Italian inspired interior. Guests benefit from a community garden with a terrace, bike rental and free WiFi.

We stayed at NH Amsterdam during our honeymoon and had the best experience. We originally booked a standard room but got a free upgrade to an executive suite after mentioning it was our honeymoon. They also welcomed us with chocolates, fruit, and a sweet personalized note. The Zuid district was the perfect base—peaceful, upscale, and full of local charm. We loved the calm vibe, nearby parks, and cozy cafes. It was a great escape from the city rush while still being super accessible. Highly recommend this place!!
