The large swimming pool, natural beauty of grounds, wellness center, restaurant food, and staff were quite amazing-- especially after many days of travel. We loved our time swimming in the pool and experiencing the steam and jacuzzi sessions. We had a delicious dinner and our breakfast was of high quality. The staff were very helpful and sweet. And we enjoyed exploring the nearby interesting and charming town, Alcobaca.

Very comfortable hotel, big surprise in such a small village. View from our window was exactly as presented - just to the Batalha monastery. Hotel is perfectly clean, rooms spacious and very well maintained. Restaurant excellent. Extremely recommendable!

First of all, I would like to note the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. We felt very welcome and even got a room with a great view of the city's unique monastery.
