Casona Del Alto is a mountain style B&B located on a hill in a rural rea surrounded by forests. Fernando and Lili are wonderful hosts. They are very endearing and go out of their way to ensure first class hospitality. The location is great, but you need a car. This boutique hotel was designed by them and built in 2012 with special attention to ensure that every room has that awesome view of the surrounding mountains. The library and the furnishings are a testament to their impeccable taste. They are both so cultured and conversing with them was a treat. Argentina holds a special place in our hearts, this being our third trip to the country, and our stay at Casona del Alto served to further strengthen that bond.

Just 20 metres from Lacar Lake, La Posta del Cazador is an Alpine-style inn with rustic decorative touches and a fireplace. Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms is free. We had a great stay at La Posta Del Cazador! Great setting, great staff. Very comfortable! We’ll come back.

Breakfast was great. Served at the time of our choosing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had 3 rooms all connected by an inside hallway and an outside balcony. The owners live on property and were wonderful to us.

This 5-star Villa La Angostura property offers luxury amenities including a spa and an outdoor pool. It overlooks the picturesque shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi, a 5-minute drive from Cerro Bayo. What to say, we arrived late and were treated to a GnT while our bags were taken to our Villa. It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed…seriously!!!! The pool and spa facilities were first rate with robes, slippers, a pitcher of mint water and fresh fruit! Indoor/outdoor pool was perfect (warm), and the yoga area was great for a stretch before my swim. My husband used the workout room and we both took showers there before making our way to breakfast! Breakfast was delicious ! The staff was amazing and accommodating! The bed was a little hard for my husband so they brought and put on a topper for us. Also their turndown service brought down the motorized blinds. What do you say when you bring up the two story blinds to a magnificent view (sunrise for us)…..Heaven! That was the official name of our villa, and baby it sure was!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 🙏 😊. BTW….don’t miss out on their nature trail.

The garden is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the sauna is incredible. Marta is an excellent host and breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Highly recommend!
