The staff is very welcoming and was able to resolve the issue since we did not specify a child and our room was not designed for three. The problem has been resolved, but this can be critical if the hotel does not have additional options, so be sure to inform the hotel about this if you are planning a trip with a child. Thank you ladies! The hotel has parking, but there is no guarantee, we were lucky.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. It was so clean and the staff was just the best. The hotel is located 2-3 min from the Boat station (to the train station). The bathroom is exceptional, the restaurant is very good and overall the best hotel in Hallstatt!

The place was really nice and the breakfast is perfect. It’s near by the train station and the harbor. There was a technical issue so we had no hot water for the first night but the hotel dealt with it really well and we got 50% discounts.

Set in the beautiful Trauntal Valley, the 3-star superior Hotel Moserwirt enjoys a quiet location surrounded by the Austrian Alps. A jacuzzi and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are offered. Thanks for hospitality, everything was so great. Food was delicious. Room is so big, clean and feeling warm. People are so kind, definitely I can recommend to everyone.
