The hospitality was the best part of our stay and we could not ask for anything better. The property is kept in the best condition possible, especially the gardens and pool area.

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. We booked the room “at the last minute” and stayed very satisfied with our choice - we liked everything. Starting from a free parking, very kind staff, comfortable bed, breakfast. Hotel is right in the city centre, but we were there in a working day and during night it was surprisingly quiet. We also enjoyed our dinner at hotel’s restaurant and it was great - very delicious.

The 24/7 reception was a big PLUS for us as we traveled at nighttime. The receptionist,who name is Markus was very helpful as we had a problem with payment and he resolved easily so we could pay with no problem. The check-in was super fast. The room was clean and small welcoming presents made it a very friendly atmosphere. Bad was comfortable and we slept well :-) The location was super good and close to the airport so it saved our time to get to the airport a lot!

Rodzinny hotel Unter den Linden położony jest w doskonałej lokalizacji, w samym sercu miasta Krems, przy wejściu do wpisanego na listę światowego dziedzictwa UNESCO odcinka doliny Wachau. Very nice location, decor, beds/furniture/bathroom. The bicycle storage was very modern and well thought out. In the evenings you can sit outside in the courtyard, the hotel has a vending machine with various drinks and snacks. The breakfast was phenomenal and they have a very attentive and friendly team/staff to assist. Price is a little higher than usual for us but it was well worth it!!!
