The service was also on a high level, special greetings to Zdravka on the reception desk, she also helped us to extend out stay and to feel comfortable. For sure we will use this hotel going forward. Este impresionante hotel spa se encuentra en medio de la cordillera de Rila, cerca de la famosa estación de esquí de Borovets y a solo 50 minutos en coche de Sofía. We liked it because the ski slopes were near and there was one in front of the hotel. The view from the room was also very beautiful. The spa facilities were great and the staff was very kind.
