Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in instructions were super clear, so when we got there, the process was very smooth. The App to control the door and the check-in/out process is super cool.
