The view on the lake is amazing. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The food was delicious, simple but homemade breakfast. At night the food at the restaurant is amazing (congrats to the chef and the team). We took the chalet in front of the lake and could enjoy the fireplace.

The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

An evening in they rooftop hot tub was a glorious treat, watching the light of the sunset on the volcano.

We told them that we should checkout earlier than breakfast time and they packaged everything for us in advance. The room was warmed for us before the arrival. Comfortable bed and room has even tv. We will come back for sure!

The remodeled Enjoy Pucón Hotel has the best location in the city , on the shores of the beach and inserted in the center of Pucón. It was conveniently placed, very well preserved and the staff was friendly.
