There is something very special about this hotel. We stayed 5 nights in total and in our 3 weeks in Patagonia this was our favourite hotel. It's a bit quirky, with a welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant staff and a great restaurant. All rooms and the restaurant have lovely views of the fiord, mountains, birds, fabulous geese and cute dog. 20 minutes easy walk into town (depending on the wind of course!).

The reception advised us it was OK to stay in the lobby area before our check-in and after our check-out. Which was a nice place to rest and relax.

Beautiful hotel in one of Punta Arenas historic palaces in the town centre. The room had recently been refurbished, was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff was helpful. Food was good.
