Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). If I could give this hotel 11 or 12 stars I would. It was superb in every way. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the room was spacious and immaculate, and the staff -- Frank and Vivi -- SO HELPFUL in every possible way. And the location was perfect. I can't imagine making a better choice.

This well preserved BuddhaZen hotel is located in a traditional courtyard style building, situated in the Wenshu Square tourist attraction within the First Ring Road, adjacent to Tianfu Square,... Hotel jest bardzo ładnie urządzony. Dużym plusem jest bliskość stacji metra i pyszne, urozmaicone śniadanie. Personel jest bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.

Hostel Chengdu Lazybones Templeside Poshpacker jest zlokalizowany w dzielnicy Jinniu w mieście Chengdu, zaledwie 700 metrów od klasztoru Wenshu. I stayed in a mixed dorm for about 5 nights in July 2025. The room had a private bathroom, which I shared with my roommates. It mostly wasn't any issue regarding bumping into each other in the bathroom. The room itself is quite spacy, provides a locker and also has an AC, which the guests can regulate. The laundry room offeres two washing machines, a dryer as well as many hanging racks. The washing machine and the dryer are able to be paid by Wechat (as well as the washing machine seems to work with coins as well.) The costs for one washing load comes to 11¥. When you enter the hotel, which was very easy to find caused by providing an accurate adress, you will find the reception on the left. The lobby itself has a Cafe vibe over day and turned to a bar at night (which allowes smoking during this time.). I am a non smoker and was worried about this before, but it actually never was that intense, so even didn't bother. The hotel also offers several trips to hot spots, you might consider. The only down side is, that for most of them you would need to sign up for two people (also possible with other guess). Regarding the service, I definitely can praise Nicole, the receptionist! She is extremly helpful, fun to chat to, even played some Majiang with me in the evening and offers an awesome service, such as the others as well. I seriously recommend staying there! The location is nice, even a bit far away from the metro station (15min. by foot), the service was excellent, room spacy, nice and clean.

Offering a restaurant, the Skytel Hotel Chengdu is located in Chengdu. Free Wi-Fi access is available. South Railway Station metro station is a 15-minutes walk away. Z pobliskiego dworca kolejowego/stacji metra można wziąć szybko DiDi, aby dostać się z walizkami do hotelu. Pieszo spacer jest trochę niewygodny.

Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel is property connected to the tallest office building in Chengdu, only a 5-minute stroll from IFS and Taikoo Li. The location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very attentive and breakfast is very good. We stayed here for 6 nights with separate bookings and this hotel became our home in Chengdu between other trips we did in Sichuan. Always nice to go back there to relax in the city.
