The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, the hotel provides a lot of options, delicious food. The location is good, a couple of blocks from the beach. The only thing is that on weekends the noise from the chivas rumberas could be annoying.

We loved the hotel. It's a gem in the old city of Cartagena. Epoca, the restaurant, is excellent. The room is spacious, and the decoration and ambience are exceptional. It is a boutique hotel in a historical Cartagena house. You get to experience the walled city and feel like you are living there.

Hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk in. Staff are super friendly. The restaurant and breakfast are great! The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and very clean, with a great shower. Everything works.
