The host was so welcoming and helpful! The room was very clean and cozy. This is not a fancy hotel, but it felt more like a bed and breakfast, or being a guest in their home. The host was available for any questions and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, including arranging transportation for us back to the train station at the end of our visit. The language barrier was not a problem. Would definitely stay there again!

The Hotel RH Portocristo & Wellness is a stylish hotel set on Peñiscola beach and overlooking the famous Papa Luna Castle. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen TVs and balconies. Nice location near the beach and the castle and super friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and also food at the restaurant in the evening is nice. In low season there is free parking in the street and otherwise there is a paid parking across the street.

Το Peñíscola Plaza Suites βρίσκεται στην παραλιακή οδό της Peñíscola στην Costa Azahar, σε απόσταση 2,5χλμ. από το Benicarló. Διαθέτει μεγάλη εξωτερική πισίνα, γυμναστήριο, σπα και μίνι γκολφ. We booked a superior suite on a half board basis and were amazed at the lovely accommodation. Also it was a very nice surprise to find a complimentary bottle of Cava and chocolates on our arrival. We will certainly stay here again!
