Set on the Bay of Biscay and surrounded by mountains, the Higueralde guest house is located 15-minutes’ walk from the beach. It offers rooms with central heating and free Wi-Fi. The host was there to get us on arrival and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and more than enough for the two of us. The views from the place are amazing, definitely one of the biggest attractions. The host made himself reachable around the clock, which we did once our twice during our stay. Highly recommend.

Located just 45 metres from San Sebastian Convention Centre and the Auditorium, Pensión Kursaal offers bright rooms with central heating and free Wi-Fi. San Sebastian is a gem. Pension Kursal is in a wonderful location in the less touristy neighborhood of Gros. 2 minutes from beach, 10 minutes from train and bus station and a quick walk over a bridge to old town. The Staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. San Sebastian is the most expensive city in Spain but well worth it.

Less than 5 km from the coast and beside the Basque town of Irun, this charming hotel has a lovely garden and free internet. Excellent bed, excellent shower, excellent staff. Top.

Hotel Villa Soro occupies 2 classical buildings, one of which was built in 1898 and is a Historical Heritage Building of San Sebastian. Free WiFi is available. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect location amenities everything, every staff member especially the first receptionist (photo attached) who greeted us changed our lives.

The hotel is perfectly located on the beach promenade, close to local bars and restaurants, and with easy access to public transport for outlying areas.

This small, non-smoking family hotel enjoys stunning sea views from the Monte Igeldo area of San Sebastián. Look out over the dramatic Basque coastline as you enjoy breakfast in its scenic dining... Extremely friendly hotel staff. They gave us a map of the city, bus instructions and restaurant suggestions. Good location - close to Monte Igueldo. Bus stop is right near the hotel door. You could use dining room 14:00 - free tea and coffee, microwave. Would be happy to come again.

The Zinema7 is themed around cinema and the San Sebastián Film Festival. Each room offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV’s and is dedicated to an actor or director who has visited the city. Everything was great. Didn’t try the restaurant so not sure.

Hotel Rural Gaintza is set amongst the wineries and vineyards of Txakoli Gaintza, featuring beautiful views of the mountains. There is free Wi-Fi and free parking. Getaria is 8 minutes' walk away. Breakfast was excellent, quite location and super friendly staff.
